svip5 is an internationally operated online betting and casino platform built ground-up for Indonesian players — combining world-class technology with the local payment infrastructure, sports coverage, and native-language support that the Indonesian market demands.
Trusted by players
across Indonesia since 2016
svip5 was founded with a clear mandate: build the online betting platform that Indonesian players actually deserve. Long before the brand launched publicly, our founding team spent years studying the friction points that drove Indonesian bettors away from generic global platforms — slow IDR withdrawals routed through USD conversion, customer support teams with no understanding of local banking infrastructure, odds markets that ignored BRI Liga 1 entirely, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products that were either absent or poorly executed. svip5 was built specifically to solve every one of those problems from the ground up.
Today, svip5 serves a rapidly growing community of Indonesian players spread across the archipelago — from the high-rise apartments of Jakarta Selatan to the beachside cafes of Bali, from the busy streets of Surabaya and Medan to quieter cities like Yogyakarta, Palembang, and Makassar. What unites our player base is a shared expectation: they want an international standard of technology paired with genuine local operational capability. svip5 delivers on both. Every deposit and withdrawal is processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) with no foreign exchange fees. Every customer support interaction is handled by native Indonesian speakers, around the clock, seven days a week — including during Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other national public holidays.
Our mission is straightforward: deliver a fast, fair, and transparent betting experience to every player in Indonesia — regardless of where they live, which bank they use, or which sport or game they prefer.
On the sports side, svip5 covers BRI Liga 1 with the depth and granularity that Indonesian football fans demand. Every domestic match features full Asian handicap (voor bola) lines, Over/Under markets, BTTS, and mix parlay (accumulator) options — the same breadth you would find on EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League fixtures on our platform. svip5 also covers Timnas Indonesia (the national team, affectionately known as Garuda) through all AFF Cup qualifying stages and FIFA World Cup qualification rounds, because we know how much Indonesian fans care about the national side. Our sportsbook also includes badminton — Indonesia's strongest Olympic discipline — with full tournament coverage for the All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and Indonesia Open. Live in-play betting with real-time odds updates is available on all major markets.
In the casino division, svip5 offers over 1,200 titles sourced exclusively from the world's most reputable game studios. Our live dealer tables — blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and dragon tiger — run on Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play infrastructure, ensuring broadcast-quality streaming at all times. Our slot library includes high-volatility fan favourites like Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, and Starlight Princess from Pragmatic Play; Starburst XXXtreme from NetEnt; Mahjong Ways 2 from Pocket Games Soft; and the Aviator crash game from Spribe, which has developed an enormous following among younger Indonesian bettors. Every slot title on svip5 publishes its RTP openly, and our platform average sits above 96% — one of the most competitive figures in the market.
Togel — the category that generates the highest search volume of any gambling keyword in Indonesia — is treated at svip5 as a first-class product, not an afterthought. We operate four daily draw markets: Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau, with results broadcast live and credited instantly to winning accounts. Minimum bets start from Rp 1.000, making it accessible at every budget level, while high-volume players can stake up to Rp 10.000.000 per draw. The full range of Indonesian bet types is supported: 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Colok Macau, Colok Naga, Tengah Tepi, and Shio.
svip5 is equally committed to the principles of responsible gaming. Gambling at its best is a form of entertainment — a way to engage more deeply with the sport you follow or enjoy the excitement of a slot session within a set budget. It should never be a financial strategy or a response to stress. We build and enforce this philosophy into the platform itself: every svip5 account includes deposit limit controls, loss limit settings, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion mechanism that activates immediately upon request. We enforce a strict 21+ age requirement on all registrations, and our KYC process ensures that every account belongs to the person who created it. For players who feel their gambling habits are becoming a concern, our responsible gaming page at /responsible-gaming provides immediate guidance and support resources.
Six core strengths that define the svip5 experience for Indonesian players.
Most payouts to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 3–15 minutes during banking hours — with no USD conversion step, no hidden fees, and no next-day waiting. Gold and SVIP Elite members receive priority processing with withdrawals typically completing in under 5 minutes.
svip5 supports instant transfers from all major Indonesian banks — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata — plus the country's leading e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Every transaction is denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) with no conversion fees.
Our live chat and WhatsApp support lines are staffed by native Indonesian speakers at all hours — including during national public holidays. No language barrier, no scripted machine responses, and no ticket queues that run into days. Real answers, fast, in Bahasa Indonesia.
svip5 runs on 256-bit SSL encryption across every page and transaction. Our games are sourced exclusively from internationally certified studios operating under provably fair RNG standards. Account security features include two-factor authentication, login alerts, and full KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
BRI Liga 1 is covered match-by-match with full Asian handicap, Over/Under, BTTS, and mix parlay markets. Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton majors, MotoGP at Mandalika, and MPL Mobile Legends esports are all on the svip5 sportsbook — alongside EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and Champions League.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion are built directly into every svip5 account — not buried in a footnote. Our responsible gaming framework is enforced at platform level, not just described in policy documents. We take player wellbeing seriously. Adults only: 21+.
Every product decision, partnership, and operational process at svip5 is evaluated against a set of core values that have guided the company since its founding.
RTP figures are published for every slot title. Odds margins are competitive and disclosed. Bonus terms are written in plain language with an 8× wagering requirement — one of the most player-friendly in the Indonesian market. We do not use bait-and-switch offers or hidden wagering clauses.
In the Indonesian market, slow withdrawals are the single biggest reason players leave a platform. svip5 treats withdrawal speed not as a feature but as a baseline expectation. Our operations team runs around the clock specifically to ensure IDR payouts process within minutes, not days.
svip5 is internationally operated but operationally Indonesian. Our support team speaks Bahasa Indonesia natively. Our payment layer connects directly to local banking networks. Our sports coverage leads with BRI Liga 1. We are an international platform that has genuinely localised, rather than one that has simply translated a global product.
svip5 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all registrations. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately with no cooling-off delay. We do not send promotional materials to players who have activated deposit limits or self-exclusion. Responsible gaming is a business practice at svip5, not a marketing exercise.
"We did not set out to build the biggest betting platform in Indonesia. We set out to build the most trusted one — and we believe those two things, pursued in the right order, lead to the same place."
